Membership & Fees

LAKE FEE INCREASE ANNOUNCEMENT

The annual lake fees for 2022 will increase between $23.75 to $57.01 (dependent on lot designation), and will take effect on our next billing date of July 1, 2022.

  • Regular lots will increase from $249.25 to $273.00

  • Lake access lots will increase from $312.99 to $370.00

  • Lake front lots will increase from $339.50 to $370.00

Fees did not increase in 2020 and 2021. The fee adjustment for 2022 addresses rising operating costs due to inflationary trends of the goods and services we depend upon as well as contributions to the restricted reserve fund. This fund is used to finance the costs of major maintenance as well as the cyclical replacement of aging capital assets.

Even with these increases, Lake Sundance remains to have one of the lowest maintenance fees among all lake associations in Calgary and surrounding area.
