Our Special Event Committee is working hard to bring some new and entertaining events to our lake, but some of our future events are ambitious and will require a "network of community volunteers" to make them a success. Your involvement in our community events is critical! If you or someone in your family can volunteer a little bit of time during these events please send an email to office@lakesundance.org. Signing up to be part of our "network" does not mean you are committed to helping out for a given event. It just means that your name will be in our volunteer bank, and if we are in need of volunteers then you will receive notice of what is happening and what we need. Volunteering is completely optional. Thank you in advance from the Special Event Committee!!
Santa and his reindeer were at Lake Sundance for our Annual Family Christmas Party! There was skating, tobogganing, take home crafts for the kids, and hayrides with Santa. Our guests sat by the fire and enjoyed a cookie and hot chocolate and took "elfies" with Santa's elves on the Zamboni!
Over 1800 stampeders joined us for live music, breakfast, wagon rides and smiles! A huge thanks to all of our volunteers who made this happen. You can view the full photo album on our facebook page here.
