The Sundance Lake Residents Association closely monitors the lake and lake ice conditions for public use. Regardless of the Flag Warning System or the presense of the green or yellow flag, access to and use of lake and lake ice are done at the sole risk of the members or their guests.
When the red flag is flying, access to and use of the lake and lake ice are not permitted. Anyone who enters the lake or lake ice without authorization is trespassing.
